We are long term owners who take pride in providing high quality rental properties. Our properties are never for sale, so moving into one of our homes is stable, we aren't going anywhere! Click below to find out more.

We both own and fully manage our rental properties, so if there is anything that is needed it is taken care of fully in house.
We primarily own and manage single family houses, duplexes, townhouses and other lower density properties because we enjoy properties with fewer shared walls.
We respond very quickly to address any maintenance issues that arise. We have a background in General Contracting and residential construction so that issues can be dealt with quickly and professionally.
We like to meet our residents and have them view the home they will be living in first hand. Call or email to make an appointment.

Prior to turning in an application packet please review our criteria below.
From each adult we will need the following things turned in either at our office or by email to SilvaRentalProperties@gmail.com
Filled out application
Copy of your drivers license or other ID
Copy of your last 3 paycheck stubs or the last 3 bank statements
$35.00 application fee per adult (Either cash or money order at our office or through paypal.com)
Generally applications take 2-3 business days for us to complete. During this time we will check your credit, rental history, employment, and verify everything on the application.
Once your application has been approved we will draw a rental contract and create you a set of keys. We will need all adults to attend the signing.
We will be checking credit, rental history, employment, criminal background, and all references.
Verifiable previous rental history or home ownership history is required, and all rental history must be in good standing with all prior owners/managers/property management companies. We will reject applications whose credit reports return with evictions or judgments from previous rental properties.
Credit history must be in good overall standing. Late payments, credit card debt, secured and unsecured debt, paid and unpaid collections, paid and unpaid judgments, as well as overall debt load may impact application approval.
All income must be verifiable to be considered. Income must be stable and sufficient to afford the proposed rental payment plus all personal expenses.
Felonies, misdemeanors, or presence on the sex offender registry may result in a rejection.
